Design Consultation

We will meet, assess your needs and discuss ideas. We determine what you require & what is possible. We curate your ideas to create the “Big Picture” Design Concept

Project Scope and Budget

We define the project scope, timeline & budget for designing, pre-construction, construction & post-construction as per our discussions. This step includes:

  • Requirement & Feasibility Analysis
  • Contract Signing
  • Drawing Development
  • Material Selection
  • Fixtures & Fittings Selection
  • Final Budget & Scope

Construction/Execution

Plot/SITE is handed over to RS Homes for Demolition/ Construction work to begin.

Post-Construction

Once construction is complete, you’ll join our RS Homes Project Manager to perform our exclusive “RS Personal Walk-Thru Inspection” to ensure your new space exceeds both standards and your expectations. We’ll rectify defects (if any) in a timely fashion

Handover/Completion

After all your concerns are taken care of, all that’s left is to hand over the project to you with a warranty, completion certificate, sign the legal paperwork, take care of any financial/technical obligations & get the keys.
